Greener pastures? More seeking better job opportunities in 2025

According to a latest report by AON, two in three employees are looking for a new job in 2025. The global report survey more than 480 Singapore respondents and found that 67% are either in the process of moving or will seek new employment in the coming year.

The survey was done in 24H2.

Another notable trend is than nearly 58% of employees indicated that employers with better average pay and benefits attract them the most. This further suggest that paychecks are still considerable motivation for employees seeking greener pastures.

Interestingly, the second most important factor that attracts employees are flexible working arrangements with 26% of the respondent selecting it.
