Hybrid Work - The solution to productivity?

Hybrid Work - the better option?

Mental health issues like anxiety and depression are costing Singapore’s economy an estimated S$15.7b each year, or nearly 3% of GDP, due to increased absenteeism and reduced productivity, based on local research from Duke-NUS Medical School and the Institute of Mental Health.

A recent study by International Workplace Group (IWG) reveals that hybrid work arrangements are significantly reducing sick days and enhancing mental health. Employees working under hybrid setups reported taking 36% fewer sick days, with 70% experiencing fewer stress-related health issues.

Mental health improvements translated into increased productivity and engagement, with 75% of CEOs observing stronger team performance.
