Plant Construction & Maintenance (PCM)

PCM workers require ASPRI endorsement and specialized documentation. We manage the complete application process through ASPRI-approved channels, ensuring all technical qualifications and safety certifications meet MOM's strict PCM requirements while coordinating with process industry employers. For PCM workers involved in the construction of process plants, CSOC will be a requisite for work permit application.

Every PCM worker completes comprehensive orientation, including OPSOC safety certification, process industry protocols, and specialized technical training. We facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring that PCM foreign workers will undergo all required programs as per MOM requirements (Onboard Center, OPSOC, CSOC for workers involved in plant construction).

While most firms will pick up the foreign workers when they first arrive, some do not take part in the repatriation process (sending off foreign workers) at the airport. We understand the hassle, and for a reasonable fee, we will be glad to offer our services.
