Our client is a F&B Manufacturer with a strong presence in Asia.
Job Description
The role will require candidate to be meticulous and organised. The role will involve substantial planning, organising and coordination of company matters.
Key Responsibilites
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Plant GM and CPS Senior Operations Director (East).
Advise on hotel reservations, transportation, and visa applications for associates and visitors.
Manage office supplies, purchasing, and inventory.
Oversee the mail room, handling incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and communications distribution.
Support New Hire Orientation and onboarding activities (e.g., uniforms, fingerprint registration for Time and Attendance system).
Assist in implementing Employee Recreational activities, CSR, and Wellbeing Programs.
Help organize plant events such as Family Day, Annual D&D, Business Plan Cascade, Teambuilding, and Management Team offsite meetings.
Requirement
1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
Proactive, independent, meticulous, and well-organized.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of digital tools like RPA is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage communications effectively across all organizational levels.
High level of integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality.
