Job Description
The Training and Development Manager will be in charge of training & development business partnering, learning design and team coaching for the APAC offices
Key Responsibilites
Work closely with management and department heads to design and implement customized training programs.
Maintain strategic relationships to understand and address the developmental needs of team members.
Advocate for international training and development offerings, and guide employees on their professional growth.
Influence stakeholders across a complex matrix to secure leadership buy-in and, when necessary, local funding for specific development needs.
Develop and deliver personalized coaching plans for individuals.
Collaborate with People & Culture (P&C) Partners to create innovative development opportunities for top talent.
Support initiatives stemming from engagement survey results, including conducting listening sessions or focus groups in local markets.
Requirement
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, both in virtual and in-person settings.
Certification in DiSC, Insights, or another psychometric tool is a plus.
Strong project management skills, with experience handling a portfolio of learning initiatives.
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and multi-task.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of influencing stakeholders across various business teams and global locations.
Adaptable and flexible, able to meet evolving business needs.
