Job Description
We are looking for a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager to grow our business in our Emerging Enterprise/Medium Enterprise teams.
Key Responsibilites
Formulate and implement sales strategies to solicit and develop new accounts to expand GLDB’s client base.
Facilitate new loan and account opening applications, and proactively manage and monitor these accounts to minimise non-performing loans.
Ensure strict adherence to internal credit and regulatory compliance requirements.
Ensure and maintain a high standard of AML/KYC/CDD risk assessments for client profiles.
Prepare credit proposal and propose appropriate credit mitigants for new loan applications.
Understand customer needs and requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions or propose new products.
Represent Business Unit in ad hoc projects such as new product developments, technical enhancements, industry landscaping to contribute to Bank’s success.
Stay informed about market trends regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to effectively educate and inform clients.
Requirement

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a reputable institution.
At least 4 years for RMs / 8 years for senior RMs of relevant experience in Wholesale/Commercial/Business/Medium Enterprise Banking
Highly self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard with a strong sense of commitment and accountability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service oriented
