Job Description
Key Responsibilites
Manage consultants to ensure the timely delivery and quality of multiple project packages.
Oversee the design deliverables from MEPF/ELV consultants and designers.
Ensure design packages align with the regulatory framework and internal standards.
Supervise and monitor project progress on a weekly basis.
Regularly liaise with property operations teams, facilities management, casino, hospitality operations, and other stakeholders.
Possess a strong knowledge of local codes and construction practices in Singapore.
Provide experience, advisory support, and guidance to the project team.
Investigate site issues related to consultants' design documents and collaborate with other professionals to develop solutions.
Facilitate site communication and resolve problems related to installation works.
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) services.
Proven track record in MEPF services management for major projects.
7+ years of experience in the design of HVAC, chilled water systems, electrical systems, wet & dry fire systems, ELV systems, CCTV, access control, BMS, structured cabling, and other related systems for large-scale commercial projects.
Experience with the interface between MEPF and ELV systems in fit-out design.
