Job Description
The Senior Product Engineer provides technical support to manufacturing, marketing, and R&D by completion of assigned projects designed to reduce costs, modify materials, products and processes.
Key Responsibilites
Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with the supervisor, making revisions as needed.
Lead product design and redesign efforts as assigned by the supervisor.
Coordinate the implementation of new products or materials.
Oversee material evaluation and qualification processes as required.
Provide support for Operational Excellence projects when needed.
Maintain ongoing communication regarding project status, timelines, objectives, and potential roadblocks.
Adapt to change productively and manage additional essential tasks as assigned.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure alignment with technology and product requirements.
Requirement
3-5 years of experience in Product, Equipment, or Process Engineering in the medical device industry or a related field, including at least 1 year in a multinational company.
Bachelor’s degree in Non-Woven, Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Material Science, or a related discipline.
Applies technical knowledge to perform tasks, working on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
Demonstrate good problem solving skills
