Job Description
This position will work on asset enhancements and upgrading project for the property, ensuring timely completion within budget and expectations.
Key Responsibilites
Plan and implement asset enhancement
Regularly inspect property conditions
Manage consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on CAPEX works, and obtain cost estimates as needed.
Monitor CAPEX budgets and manage costs efficiently.
Facilitate handover of premises from contractors/vendors and coordinate CAPEX works.
Supervise contractors to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Assist in preparing materials for credit-control and management meetings.
Coordinate specifications for procurement activities within the team.
Oversee coordination and supervision of assigned CAPEX work on-site.
Requirement
Degree in Building Services, Real Estate Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant property management experience, with knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Strong understanding of building and construction law, safety procedures, and public safety.
Knowledge of modern building, plumbing, sanitary, and mechanical/electrical principles and procedures.
SAP experience is a plus.
Fire Safety Manager certification is a plus point.
