Our client is an Asian-headquartered manufacturing company with robust global operations . They are searching for a Senior Compliance Manager to be based in their Singapore office.
Job Description
Leading the Compliance function, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing an effective ethics & compliance strategy. The candidate will work closely with the top management to design and review compliance policies.
Key Responsibilites
Collaborate closely with management to ensure effective communication regarding compliance and internal control practices.
Design, develop, and implement compliance policies, aligning them with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Work with stakeholders to ensure global policies are relevant and aligned across regions.
Ensure compliance with both international and local regulations and frameworks.
Promote internal compliance through effective communication, training, and awareness initiatives.
Requirement
6-10 years compliance experience
Experience in regional management or international setup
Strong business acumen with strategic mindset
Strong interpersonal and communicaton skills
