Job Description

The IT Service Desk Analyst reports to the IT Service Desk Director and the Head of IT. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be required to be service oriented and be proficient with systems or application analytics.

Key Responsibilites

  • Provide high-quality remote support via phone and email as part of a global IT support team.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with standard desktop applications (MS Office 365, Outlook, Citrix, VDI, Windows 10/11, Zoom, Teams, and bespoke legal applications).

  • Manage mobile devices and virtualized desktop environments.

  • Take ownership of incidents, set and meet expectations, and communicate with users throughout the incident lifecycle.

  • Produce and maintain knowledge articles related to IT systems, processes, and resolutions.

  • Identify recurring incidents and trends, collaborating with other IT teams to resolve root causes.

  • Ensure adherence to Service Desk best practices with a customer-first mentality.

Requirement

  • Experience supporting and deploying software and infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of PC hardware troubleshooting, configuration, and setup.

  • Understanding of network infrastructure and basic problem-solving.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and service mindset.

  • Able to work independently under pressure with attention to detail.

  • Willing to take ownership of customer issues until resolution.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments with strong prioritization skills.

  • Excellent problem management and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Positive attitude, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willing to work out of office hours, on-call, and travel internationally as needed.
